Care is bad I won't take my family to A&E no one is helpful just really spiteful nurses and couldn't care a less doctors

The Matron for the A&E Department apologises that you found your time in the department unsatisfactory. Complaints and concerns are taken seriously and she would like to assure you that she taken on board your comments and will be speaking with all staff. If you would like to discuss your concerns further please the A&E Matron via the hospital switchboard (01908 660033).
