"Excellent Care."

I wanted to thank the hospital and staff so much for the excellent care I received when having a recent knee replacement. From the minute I was referred to the Orthopaedic department I was treated excellently- All treatment was discussed with me, my views and concerns were listened to and I felt supported at all stages.

Once admitted for treatment, every member of staff was excellent- they were extremely friendly and helpful whilst maintaining professionalism. I understand I am unable to mention individual staff in this review which is a shame, however- well done to all in Ward 12 you are a credit to the hospital. The after care I have received has also been excellent- from the follow up appointments to physio- all excellent again. I do not think I could have been better looked after in a Private facility and I am so glad I had my op in Trafford General. Well done all of you and Thankyou.
