"Efficient and kind"

I was treated with kindness and dignity throughout my visit to Salisbury Hospital and it is a fine example of how a city hospital can be run. The staff dealing with me were kind and gentle and did everything they could to make a rather unpleasant procedure as bearable as possible. I had every faith in them from the original appointment being sent to actually leaving the hospital site, and the contrast between Salisbury and another large city hospital was extreme!
