(as a service user),

My1 year old son was admitted to st James hospital with breathing difficulties. The staff in the CAT unit and ward 40 were amazing! ! They went the extra mile for my boy and made sure he was comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my son. Thank you so much.

Thank you for taking the time to send such fantastic feedback for the CAT Unit and Ward 40.

I am very happy to read that the staff were able to help your son and I hope that he is now doing well and has recovered.

I have taken the liberty of sharing your words of support and encouragement with the Matron's of those departments who will be exceptionally pleased to know they delivered care that met your expectations.
