Finding your way

Finding your way

At the hospital it was really good because I felt like I was at home. Everyone was really nice as well. When I was getting my cannula in the nurses were really nice and were good at distracting me. When I was getting my steroids were getting put in they had a lot of stuff I could do. The MRI scan was good to because the staff would check on you every so often. And after everything was done the staff were really good at given me information about what I had. If you are worried about going to the hospital don't worry everything will be thine because when you get there the staff will be so nice that you will forget about worrying.

Dear Marshmallow123

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on Care Opinion.

I am so glad to hear that you had such a positive experience whilst you were in the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Attending for any test or procedure can be a daunting experience and I am pleased that the staff may you feel so at ease.

I will pass your feedback onto the department as they will appreciate your kind words.

Kind Regards

Lesley
