"Pain clinic"

About: Stratford Hospital / Pain Management

Well I didn’t know what to expect but not happy that my first visit to the pain clinic was going to be so traumatic. The rooms where they hold there talks with you are not sound proofed and I was discussing sensitive and personal information and to learn that the whole of the waiting room heard what I was discussing has really shocked me. My son who was waiting for me was distraught after hearing not only my conversation but another patient who had gone into another room. Also when your hoping that the staff are discussing your case you really do not want to hear what they all got up to on the weekend. This has left me bewildered as really what ever you want to talk about in a room with the door shut should stay private.something needs to be done about this.
