"Resolving problems"

About: St Mary's NHS Treatment Centre (Portsmouth) / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

A recent problem was resolved by the reception staff at the eye clinic taking action above and beyond their usual duties. They undertook the matter in a friendly and very helpful manner and in no way did they view their actions as a chore.
