What I liked
attended the city hospital for a thyroidectomy and the whole experience was excellent. i was only in from 7 am one day until 2pm the following day and i stayed in the hospital hotel the day before and the day after. the surgeon was excellent
the hospital hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and so were the staff on the hospital ward. (winifred ward i think)
What could be improved
even though i only needed paracetamol and ibruprofen, it took 5 hours for the pharmacy to give these to me so keeping a bed occupied for no reason.
