"rude and unfriendly consultant"

About: Clatterbridge Hospital

I have been a patient in the rheumatology clinic for many years. The consultant I am under is always unfriendly and rude, both to patients and nurses. I have made a request with my GP to change consultants. The GP has commented that I am not the first person to complain about this consultant. Why is nothing done about him?
