"Teeth removal"

About: Kingston Hospital

From the beginning this dental department has been fantastic I was on a waiting list for a referral to have two teeth extracted first appointment was to go through the procedure and took my blood pressure and checked medical history, got told I would have to wait for second letter to come and have the two teeth removed recieved the letter phoned to confirm appointment date and time and a week before got a phone call to confirm I was still attending the appointment went through what I could eat before my appointment and then on the actual day of the day of the surgery, my appointment was scheduled for 3.30pm in the afternoon at 11.30am I received a phone call but missed the call left a voicemail to say if it was possible if I was able to go to in a bit before my scheduled appointment as someone had cancelled and the surgeon was able to see me sooner so arrived at 3pm everything was all done by 4.30pm including recovery time before I could leave each member of staff was friendly understanding and I was on a Iv sedation as I am a very nervous dental patient but the lady who inserted the needle was so gentle and was great at putting me a ease the surgeon was gentle and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, the ladies on the reception was lovely and the lady who observed me in the recovery room was friendly and chatty, overall I was extremely pleased with the service I received very clean, professional and great staff thank you for making me feel comfortable when I was nervous as anything NHS staff dont get enough recognition they deserve thank you :)
