My 76yr old sister who has severe COPD plus other problems, has been sitting on hard chair for over 28 hours waiting for a bed. They have given 2 doses of antibiotics and are aware she is struggling to breathe but when requested use of a nebulizer she had to wait for over an hour to be brought one. This is a disgusting way to treat an elderly person. There is a sign on wall warning of 12 hour wait but surely 28hrs is beyond a joke.
