My husband was sent to Cramlington hospital from Wansbeck,
At Wansbeck we booked in, saw triage and were sent across to Cramlington. Upon arrival we waiting in a queue to book in with the receptionist, Thats when i thought... Why does a £95 million facility have 1 person to book in all the patients? yet at Wansbeck there was 2 people on the desk and its a less busy hospital. God forbid my husbands chest pain became worse. After waiting 15-20 minutes to even speak to the receptionist we sat down and then was called by a nurse and shortly after saw a DR who was fab they made me feel at ease (did not catch a name!) and from there my husband admitted to ward 10.
