"Excellent care on Clarke Ward at Kent and Canterbury Hospital"

My husband has just been in Clarke Ward overnight for a minor op. He has MS and needs a lot of assistance.

The staff were all friendly, all smiled and said hello. In particular I'd like to mention the Staff Nurse Sarah. She explained everything and made us feel that if we had a question it wasn't too much trouble to stop and answer.

All of the nursing staff seemed to work as a team. The cleaning staff were helpful and kind and the ward looked very clean.

The anaethetist John was lovely and explained everything really well. The registrar didn't say their name but took time to explain everything and answer our questions.

The only thing that could be improved is we couldn't see all of the staff's name badges, hence not mentioning more names. Also there were three what we assume were house doctors, all very pleasant, but it felt a bit impersonal that they didn't introduce themselves.
