Just wanted to leave a positive story about the care & support our daughter & ourselves receive from Kate and the rest of the diabetic team.

Kate always has time to talk and reassure, is very positive in living with diabetes. Kate has been at the centre of her diabetes management in making it work around our daughter's lifestyle, which is a challenge.

"Thank you for your positive comments which will be used to further develop the service. We are very pleased that you are happy with the service provided because we try very hard to support children and young people with diabetes. We recognise and support the hard work they and their families do to get good diabetes control".
