"Dreadful!"

What could be improved

I cannot get treated. I seek Foot Health. I am 66yrs of age, I am obese, diabetic and arthritic + some other diseases. I find it too awkward to cut my own toe nails. A pathetic thing to say but I don't bend well, and being obese, the process winds me causing shortness of breath.

I have rung and rung at different times of the day for the past three days; actually last Friday 18th, then since 21st., many times. Always engaged, Or, a message to say they cannot come to the phone. Or if an emergency phone another number. It is not that sort of urgency. Nevertheless it is getting urgent.

I was at the Hospital for a Diabetic service three or four weeks ago, and visited the clinic. Only saw a rather unhelpful Receptionist. Finally did obtain a form for self referral; which I filled in with all details required. I have had no reply, nor assistance. I need help to cut these nails, and get advice.

Today at 0855hrs I did get through and speak with someone, spoke who I was and that a form had been filled in. They looked, and then said could not find reference. They would ring me back. It is 1445hrs, Wednesday 23rd May. Still no phone call reply.
