"8 hours later"

I called 111 at 5pm to do with the fact that my nose had been bleeding for 4 hours. I spoke to an advisor who was really kind who advised a nurse would be in touch. I had another call from 111 about 8pm to say the nurse was busy but they would call ASAP.

They finally called when I’d fell asleep at 130am so I’ve received no help. I get that the service is busy but 7-8 hours for a call back is absolutely ridiculous.
