"Amazing Care"

On the 31/5 I had my Gall Bladder removed in the DayCare Unit. From start to finish the whole process at RBH and Bolton One has been amazing. Every single member of the staff from the ward cleaners/ Auxiliaries through to the Surgeons were amazing. The receptionist even knew people arrive before 7.15 and was there early, to get set up and serve us, great customer care. The nurses were lovely, caring , friendly and smiling and discreetly keeping an eye on us, all the time. My family already think highly of RBH and this recent treatment, has made me realise again, how lucky we are to have it as our local hospital . The whole day was so well organised, efficient, great communication, constantly checking records, whilst maintaining patient dignity and privacy at all times. I cannot thank the team enough for what they did for me yesterday. I was home by 20.00 and feel better already. Keep us the great work and please pass on my thanks to everyone at BRH and Bolton One, you made me proud to be a Boltonian yesterday.
