"Efficient & friendly service"

I phone my GP surgery for a smear appointment. They swiftly booked me in a week of so's time. On the day I turned up a couple of minutes early and there was clear signage to book myself in. It was a simple process, I booked myself in on the touch screen and sat down for 30 seconds and was called in my the practitioner. She was extremely friendly, introduced herself and made me feel at ease. I was in and out in minutes. What an incredible service!! Thank you.
