(as a relative),

I took my stepmother to Royal Gwent Hospital today for a physiotherapy appointment. The service she received was excellent. The physio, Vanessa, was efficient, friendly, kind and very professional. She put my stepmother at ease and made an hour long appointment not just bearable but a truly positive experience. You could not ask for more from a service and Vanessa was an example of the NHS functioning at its very best.
