"Heart renching. upsetting, disrespected. and just..."

About: Furness General Hospital

What I liked

nothing at all

What could be improved

the staff liason with people. the waiting, the way they treat new mums, and mums to be. The organisation, and mums to be general care

Anything else?

i am currently pregnant with my second child. and i am discusted with furness general. With my first lots of mistakes were made by hospital staff but i let it pass. but this time there is no way i will let them get a way with the poor level of treatment, and the lack of respect they show to patients. I will not be having my child there i will do everything in my power to change hospitals. and all i can say is no wonder they are being investigated. i could go on forever but i will leave the personalsto my official complaint to the board.
