My daughter has just given birth this morning after a c section. She called me at 4.30pm and i was unable to have a conversation with her due to the constant screaming and shouting of kids running up and down the room.
This in my opinion is totally unacceptable behaviour due to the fact that these new mums need some peace and quiet to rest after their very stressful ordeal. I understand nurses are overworked but I cannot understand why no one at the nurses station reprimanded the parents for this loud continued disturbance of the patients.
I will be making a formal complaint!
