"Wonderful GP Surgery"

I switched to West Green Surgery about 6 years ago after reading good reviews and feeling patronised by the GPs at my previous surgery.

Although I don't go to the doctors often, when I have, at West Green Surgery I have consistently found them caring and respectful.

They discuss the purpose of tests or treatments with you and always reassure you that if initially something does't work, or help determine what's going on, they will keep investigating with you.

I have never had any trouble speaking to someone on the phone or getting an appointment, and I have always found the receptionist staff friendly and helpful.

In short, I would say this is the best GP surgery I have experienced and they offer a very valuable service to the community.
