"Disappointed"

About: Bhf Lundwood Surgery

WITHOUT PREJUDICE Booked in for the supposed last appointment of the day for a drivers medical,,seen by a locum ,,after he complained that it takes too long, and he still had 2 more patients to see , so agreed to wait ,when it was my turn , the eye test began in the waiting room , !

I was asked if I didn’t mind if he just got my records etc, and went back for my D4 another’ day, so l said no as I’m required to fill the back of the form in his presence. He seemed very rude and abrupt insulting my partner, and basically called me an alcoholic and drug user. To which i took offence got my form back and made another appointment with my regular doctor, in the meantime he still demanded payment in full for this, then later informed by the receptionist I should refrain from driving ANY vehicle till seeing my own doctor the next Friday. Knowing I’m due to go on holidays with a touring caravan on the Monday. I arrived on time for my appointment 17.10 and never left till 18.30, the GP had trouble logging into my records and at one point tried ringing the reception for advice, by this time I’d had enough, if he’d looked properly he would have seen that I’ve had a triple heart surgery and still being treated for my blood pressure. At this moment I’m feeling Sky high and angry, thank god for the chance of a second opinion which I will go to casualty for tomorrow, what a complete waste of time for such an over stressful dept.thanks to his so called ban on my driving.
