"Endoscopy Department 23/05/19"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital

i had a Colonoscopy on the morning of 23/05/19, not a procedure that anyone looks forward too. However my experience on this particular morning, thanks to the highly skilled and relaxed friendly manner of the Endoscopist and his team, meant that my procedure was as comfortable as it could have possibly been. I speak from experience as I have undergone this procedure many times and this was the best by far.

In fact I would like to thank all the staff whose hands I passed through in the Endoscopy Department that particular morning. Very impressive.

Thank you for sharing such high praise of our Endoscopy Unit and the care and treatment you received on the 23rd of May.

We are pleased you found the Endoscopist and the rest of the team to be so friendly, relaxed and professional, this can certainly have a big impact on a patient’s experience and it is good to know that the staff looking after you left you with such a positive impression.
