Attended with my son today. Reception staff were polite and efficient, explained appointment process and we were seen promptly. The Nurse Practitioner was friendly and put my son at ease. She listened to my worries and then explained the reasoning behind the treatment needed. I left feeling reassured that my son had got the medication he needed.
