"Rear Endoscopy Test ..."

About: Duchy Hospital

My Son came in for a Booked Appointment to duchy hospital to have to wait way past the Time then to be sent away with a preperation kit, when the Small kit box could have been sent in the post instead of wasting Time coming to the hospital waiting well over the Appointment time an Not even being Told it was just to pick up a kit of prep,it was an Appointment that could have been used for someone for their specialist instead of No explanation it was for just to pick up a prep pack, an to wait for another Appointment to come back again, a call was expected from their Reception several days before admittance for the Treatment tests, but that call didn't happen had to call hospital instead to ask being that the kit prep that was given for that appointment had specific time to take an keep to as importance, for Successful Test, upon going for the Tests paperwork before hand said Sedation was offered for pain Relief, but as of going in for the procedure, my Son was then Told No pain Relief would be offered, My Son was Shocked because the Procedure was he said Horrifingly Painful, an he says he was very Frightened an Made to watch the whole Procedure on Monitor Screen, an Told me it's the most Painful Frightening Experiance he's been Through, Pain Relief Should have been Given my Son was lead to believe Sedation at Least would have been Done but upon being in Treatment Room was Told it wouldnt be done was offered air an gas to breath in only, which didn't Shut out the awful Pain Felt, it Should be Explained properly before hand that No Proper Pain Relief will be Given, and we Feel Sorry for other Patents having this Procedure to Find

They will have Excruciating Pain During the Procedure with No proper Pain Relief offered and I don't Think the Patent wants to be fully watching the delicate procedure 🙁😟
