"Eye assessment appt"

I visited Epsom hospital yesterday as my mother had an assessment for cataracts. We were very impressed by the whole appointment procedure and would like to express our appreciation for the staff who were not only efficient but very thoughtful and kind towards my Mum who is hard of hearing. The whole experience was smooth and time efficient, with positive news of a date for the cataract procedure quite soon. Thank you to your staff and excellent service, Epsom NHS!
