"My history with Wonersh Surgery"

Since moving to Shamley Green three years ago, I became a patient at Wonersh Surgery, and have been very impressed with the accessibility of doctors and nurses and with the treatment I have received. On joining, I was given a full blood test which showed up Chronic Lymphocytic leukaemia, and high cholesterol, and hospital appointments were made. I have ongoing treatment with a statin and visit an oncologist every four months. I have also suffered from strong depression since the death of my husband, and have been shown sympathy and care for this, which is now, I hope, improving. Two weeks ago I was diagnosed for the second time with C Difficile and again received a prompt appointment with an immediate call to the medical team at the RSCH where I was for 6 days. I saw my doctor this morning and was reassured that I am probably not infectious any more. I have nothing but praise for this practice, for all the doctors and nurses and staff who make up such a dependable and helpful, caring team.
