About: East Lothian Community Hospital / General Surgery Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Xrays and scans

(as the patient),

I agree that the scan isn't comfortable, it is carried out in the "dungeon" of the hospital.     The skilled operators are surrounded by lots of heat emitting machinery therefor the place needs to be cool,     Think I have had 3 to 4 checks which I am very grateful for, thanks to all the staff involved.     I am an ongoing patient who after many visits am one of the luckier (so far) patients.     Full of praise for this department which I feel is grossly overworked.
