Everyone was friendly, efficient, reassuring and made our time at the Burns unit as comfortable as it possibly could be. Keep doing what your're doing - what an excellent set of people, doing an excellent job. My daughter, who has been considering her options for a future career has been considering the NHS, the experience she had today as reinforced her desire.

It is so lovely to read of your kind words and what a positive impact staff have had on both you and your daughter's experiences.
It is fantastic to read that your daughter is possibly considering a future career in the NHS especially following your experiences.
