"Excellent Care"

I have always found this surgery to ba caring & understanding. The reception staff are always polite & helpful & if they can’t help you they will always get someone who can. The reception team leader is especially kind & helpful & that’s not just me saying it other friends & family who also use the practice have made comments. The doctor is just amazing. I have had help from other GP’s at the practice but the doctor goes above & beyond caring. I have recently been under her care & she’s always got time & patience for me. She’s helped immensely with my conditions referring me on as necessary. I no longer feel that I am trying to manage my own illnesses & health as her support has been amazing. She is definitely an asset to the practice and both the reception team leader & the doctor are a great credit to the surgery. I am truly grateful for the care, kindness, & support I receive from both medical & non medical staff. THANK YOU to the doctor your understanding & support makes my life just that little bit more bearable.
