"New born not feeding"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a service user),

Our 9 week old son kept throwing up and was not putting on weight thus getting very poorly.   The team on Acorn ward have been amazing - tests, medication and different formula have allowed him to start putting on weight. Everyone has been amazing, we cannot thank the staff enough. The care and dedication have been unparalleled

Dear Louhaz,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your experience with our team on Acorn ward. I am so pleased to hear that your son is improving and now putting weight back on. It was a pleasure to meet you all and especially your son. I have forwarded your kind words to all the individual medical and nursing staff who cared for your son over your few days with us on Acorn ward. I have also forwarded it to the dietetic team who cared for him. I hope he continues to do well. Thank you.
