"honestly terrible"

On the whole, attending Springvale, now Cantelupe House, has been a terrible experience. I After being transferred to adult from CAMHS, the team did not take on my case in an organised way and there was absolutely no direction in treatment, with myself having to push for everything at every step. I have been waiting for CBT for over a year now, with no progress. Many times I have been left in the lurch, and the wait list for 'urgant' appointments is months. Overall, the clinicians are unorganised and often un-empathetic, they only appear to want to treat the here and now, without looking into any root causes. They ready to usher you out the door, even though they, themselves were running twenty minutes late, cutting your appointment very short.
