A grumpy/frustrated receptionist. This is unnecessary and does not give a good impression.

I have done this job, it’s not easy but it is highly necessary to be smiley and welcoming all the time whatever he or she is feeling.

Otherwise don’t do this job.

Also, for the first time I felt as though the doctor was pushing me out of the door. Barely 10 minutes which I know is the allowed time.

I was still asking questions and he was up out of his chair moving towards the door. A most unsatisfactory appointment for someone who is a reasonably healthy fit 70 year old.
