Staff were informative, professional and compassionate. They respected my dignity and were positive in manner. This made me feel relaxed and I felt able to trust them.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave these kind and positive comments for the team at Grantham Gynaecology Outpatients. Feedback such as this has a very positive effect on staff morale and is very important to the whole team, who pride ourselves on providing an excellent and compassionate experience to everyone attending the Gynaecology Outpatients Clinics.

We always appreciate patients feedback on their experiences which helps us to continually improve our service, but are all particularly pleased and proud to hear when we get it right.
