"Queen's Birthing Centre"

My wife gave birth at the birthing centre. It was a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. My wife's water broke in the middle of the night and we rang the help line straight away and were told to come straight to the birthing centre. Upon arrival we were immediately taken to a room and a midwife started to examine my wife. The midwife stayed with us from the moment we arrived and never left until the baby was born 6 hours later. The midwife was present all through the labour and was regularly monitoring the baby's heartbeat to make sure baby was ok. The 1-1 care and attention provided was superb. After that my wife stayed in the post natal ward for 4 days. The staff there were superb and the care and attention provided was again superb. It made the whole experience for us one to remember.
