I took my niece to A and E last night. It was extremely busy so I spoke to a triage nurse and my niece was called next.
He was amazing and extremely helpful. We were moved to resus where the staff again were amazing so understanding and helpful. They go above and beyond their rolls, even when they are extremely busy and stressed.
I can not thank them enough for the care that was received.
