"Great GP surgery"

I have always had a good experience at Ballater including throughout my pregnancy with my son, the midwife team there are fantastic and so are the nurses. The triage via email is very good I find most things can be dealt with using this service which is fast and efficient and allows you to speak to a GP quickly and easily. This service is great to avoid unnecessary trips to the surgery, avoids waiting for appointments and most importantly allows most issues to be dealt with that same day. I found this service especially useful when I had concerns or questions about my newborn baby. I would highly recommend Ballater surgery the staff including doctors, nurses and receptionist are all very good. The opening hours of the surgery are long which is good when you need appointments to fit around work. The online patient service is also good to re order medication, send messages to the surgery and view your medical history.
