Due to my symptoms I was apprehensive about visiting the doctors. However the doctor put me at ease straight away with his calm and friendly manner. He showed a genuine concern and I felt like a valued patient. He also did a follow up call to find out what tests the hospital had done. If I need to return I hope to be seeing him.
