last two times I've tried to get an appointment for my sick child it has taken 140 calls first time and 194 second time. I work, on the phone for 40 minutes trying to get through, WHILST SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING, only to be told try again tomorrow. This is not what you need when you are worried about your child, It is disgusting.
