"Best hospital food I've ever eaten"

About: Borders General Hospital / General Medicine

(as a service user),

I was admitted following a seizure and had had another a few days previous. From what I remember, the care I received on Ward 6 was excellent. I never once had to use the buzzer. The nurses cared and everybody was kind and I thought the food was the best hospital food I've ever eaten. All their systems ran like clockwork and I got the feeling that all the different strands were communicating with each other. I felt I didn't have to stay a moment longer than necessary.

Dear huggy bear

I was sorry to hear that you suffered a seizure which required you to be admitted to Ward 6 at Borders General Hospital. It is great to hear that you had such a positive experience (from what you can remember!) and that you found the ward to run like clockwork.

The details of your experience has been shared with staff in Ward 6 who are very grateful to you for taking the time to use Care Opinion to share your story.

Regards,

Karen
