My brother was admitted last Tuesday as an emergency, the care and attention he received was excellent and the support I, his sister, received was amazing.

Every member of staff from the people who cleaned the wards to the nursing staff and doctors was fantastic.

Sadly he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that had spread to his liver and was untreatable, he died today at the hospital. The support both he and I were given during his short stay was second to none. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to share your family’s experience following your brother’s admission to hospital, please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss.

It is warming to read of the care that your brother received by all members of staff, this really does demonstrate the high level of care we aim to provide all patients. I have shared your lovely words with the ward involved in your brother’s care, they are encouraged and motivated in continuing this standard of service.
