"Routine annual eye screening appointment"

Well received upon arrival by reception team and appointment was prompt. Friendly welcome followed by staff who carried out my sight check and Humphrey Field Test .They were professional and explained everything i needed to know and were very courteous.My appointment was bang on time with the Optometrist who welcomed me and was thoroughly professional about his work and informed me of every aspect of my screening checks.I felt assured by the way he explained what the results of my tests were in a way that i understood. My thanks to all staff at Bristol Eye Hospital.
