"My appointment with practice nurse"

I would like to thank the practice nurse at Concorde Medical Centre for her time, patience and for providing a thorough examination of myself and my daughter today. My daughter has been struggling for a week with her asthma and the nurse ensured that she provided a thorough examination and aftercare for my daughter. She completed a asthma review for my daughter and made my 5 year daughter unafraid and willing to participate in her examination by making her feel comfortable and explaining everything she was going to do before doing it. She even took the time to write an asthma action plan for my daughter and allowed her to write her own name on her form which made my daughter feel really important and rewarded her with a sticker (or 2 at my daughters request) which made her feel very happy following her consultation. She even provided myself with a full examination as I was suffering with sore throat and itching ear canals and also completed an asthma review for me whilst I was there.

The nurse was very attentive and took into account your concerns and actively listened to you rather than just dismissed your concerns and feelings. She even booked a future appointment to ensure my daughters asthma was being well controlled. I would definitely recommend a visit to the nurse her kind and sweet nature makes you feel extremely valued and her medical knowledge and experience is second to none. Please pass on my kind regards to this member of staff, she is an outstanding nurse.
