I have found it reasonably easy to get through to the surgery by telephone,although it is busy in the early morning. The last two years I have had a number of medical problems and I have always managed to be able to see a doctor on the same day. I admit it is sometimes difficult to continue treatment with the same doctor. However I am glad to see any doctor when I need help. I now do my repeat prescriptions online and cannot believe how good this service is. The doctors are extremely good at contacting you after a blood test shows inconsistencies. If I have a problem at all it is with the length of time you wait to have a blood test. I don’t see why the GP can’t do this. After the last couple of difficult years for my health I am so happy to be a patient at this surgery where I have always been treated with dignity and respect by all members of staff. Thanks Bassett Road. I have recommended you to a number of people recently.

Thank you for your positive feedback which we'll be very happy to share with the practice team. We note that you have had problems accessing a timely slot for phlebotomy; we have had some interruption to clinics whilst we have recruited 2 new (replacement) members of staff but we are now back to capacity and hope that this situation will soon be resolved.
