"Excellent patient care"

I attended on 29th March for total abdominal hysterectomy. I arrived early and was kept up to date with the waiting times. The information I had been given prior to attending helped to alleviate any fears. From the moment I arrived, all the staff were very helpful, courteous and approachable. They also had a great sense of humour that helped me relax. The theatre staff were brilliant, calming and informative, explaining everything as they went along.

On the ward B5, both day staff and evening staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Overall the whole experience (even though it was uncomfortable surgery) was far better than I could have imagined. The staff were amazing across the spectrum. Everyone that was on shift on B5 that weekend deserves a huge thank you. Long Live the NHS and all its wonderful staff. Thank you.
