"Terrible"

About: Derriford Hospital / Clinical haematology

Terrible, they just don't care, l had Hodgkin's lymphoma in the early 1990's . it was a great place then, fantastic consultants, now you never see the same consultant twice, and as for my nurse, well l think she's contacted me twice in a year.

Meant to be every six weeks. She's always off sick or absent . no replacement, blood tests not done, never get results if they are. Then when l do get to speak to her, and complain and tell her the problems I'm having, in my copy of review letter it say Steve's fine, no mention of the fact, I've been I'll for weeks or even that I've had the emergency services to my home.

Total disgrace. I've complained, bit all you receive is excuses, for unprofessional , uncaring behaviour. Fed up complaining to this department now, &

PALs who just excuse their behaviour,

I'm going to to take my company higher this hospital and the way it treats cancer patients is terrible. I'm sure the doctors and consultantsin this department wouldn't be happy with the care I've received if they had cancer. But then they proper by have private healthcare. Only support l get is from MacMillan and Facebook cancer group. I'd go to the royal Cornwall hospital but apparently they just as bad. Having cancer living here What a choice derriford or royal Cornwall, both rated bad by Qcc.
