"On the whole the hospital was very good but not..."

About: New Birmingham Dental Hospital

I have been a patient at the Birmingham Dental Hospital for a few years now and have regular appointments which always take over an hour, yet at the end of the appointment, after my dentist has checked my brace, I leave to go home. 90% of the time it is fine within the first 24hours but on several occasions something either falls off or i notice that part of the appropriate brace is missing or not placed correctly, for example the tauking device. On top of this when the consultant confirms with my dentist what needs to be done, I'm not explained what's happening as after the jargon used the dentist just goes forward. Besides this, the assistant nurse are always very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely in the waiting room.
