"MRI and CAT Scan"

CAT SCAN .... IT WAS AN ALTOGETHER LOVELY EXPERIENCE.

The person who met me on arrival was friendly and put me at ease.

She took me to the treatment room and inserted an IV needle, having given me instruction what she was doing and what would happen at the scan.

She performed her duties professionally and kindly and got the vein first time. She took me through to the scan room where And introduced me to the two radiographers. Again they were very kind and gentle and explained the procedure and what I would experience.

They positioned me on the bed and very quickly did the scan.

I would give the staff and experience 10 out of 10..

I was called back for an MRI scan and again the experience was excellent and the staff were first class.

I would also like to point out that the girls who organised the appointments for the imaging and the consultants appointment were also excellent and were very helpful when I had to change my appointment because of my mistake.
