What I liked

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

What could be improved

The Ultrasound waiting room is infested with ants. There was litter all over the floor as there was no bin provided.

The waiting times are ridiculous. I was seen an hour after my appointment time and when I asked how long the waiting time was I was told they had no idea. The Ultrasound building smelt strongly of urine.
